چکیده
Cerebral palsy is a group of developmental disorders that affects certain percentage population motivating the development several types therapies ranging from conventional where physical are included to some alternative such as dolphin-assisted (DAT), in order improve quality life patients suffering these disorders. To find scientific evidence DAT effectiveness, this work developed four-stage first-order cybernetic model: Signal Acquisition, ii) EEG Processing, iii) Exploring and iv) Healthcare Informatics System (HIS-DAT), explore electroencephalographic signals behavior patient with Infantile Spastic Palsy undergone DAT, well bioacoustic emitted by female bottlenose dolphin via specialized transducers or passive sensors for aquatic environments, using nonlinear mathematical tools. We found Power Spectrum Hydrophone yield similar densities along all child’s brain activity increases 3-fold higher-frequency when therapist-dolphin pair interacts patient. These findings supported Self-Affine Analysis outcomes, pointing out emergence negative correlations patient’s during whole session but greatest changes occurred During DAT.

Percutaneous Versus Open Hamstring Lengthening in Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy
Background: Open hamstring lengthening (oHSL) is commonly performed to decrease knee contracture and improvegait and posture for children with spastic diplegia. Furthermore, percutaneous hamstring lengthening (pHSL) is alsogaining popularity as an alternative to the open approach. This study aimed to compare the results of pHSL versusoHSL and to determine the efficacy and safe...
متن کاملEffects of Leap Motion Controller on Improving Hand Function in Children with Bilateral Spastic Cerebral Palsy
Background and purpose: Cerebral palsy (CP) is a term used to classify children with non-progressive lesions in the developing brain. Bilateral spastic is the most common type of cerebral palsy. Reduced ability to manipulate objects is one of limiting factors in daily activities of these children and its improvements is one of the most important therapeutic goals. The aim of this study was to i...
متن کاملThe Reactive Postural Control in Spastic Cerebral Palsy Children
Objectives: Postural control deficit is one of the most important problems in children with spastic cerebral palsy (CP). The purpose of this paper is to review the reactive postural control in spastic children with CP. Methods: Researches on development of reactive postural control in typically developing (TD) children and children with Cerebral Palsy (CP) were analyzed. Results: The resu...
متن کاملSpastic Cerebral Palsy
The purpose of this study was to use Rhythmic Auditory Stimulation (RAS) for children with spastic cerebral palsy (CP) in a clinical setting in order to determine its effectiveness in gait training for ambulation. RAS has been shown to improve gait performance in patients with significant gait deficits. All 25 participants (6 to 20 years old) had spastic CP and were ambulatory, but needed to st...
